Day #1

Well today was a breeze. I went shopping and got a bunch of low calorie foods including lean cuisines, fruits (no sugar added), yogurt ect. That way I can eat the alotted calories for the day with multiple meals instead of one big meal. I also cleaned my room fer an hour giving me a little bit if excercise.

Like I said, I will post my pictures once a week starting today with what I look like now. Please don't be rude, I'm doing this so you all can see my progress as well as myself.
